This hotel perfectly suits me with free wi-fi and a cozy bar. The staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay, which I appreciated. I'm excited to return for Xmas!

The room was reasonably spacious and huge and it had central heating, multi-channel television and a seating area.

Friendy and helpful staff. Our room was clean, large and with a view out to the main street .
The staff forgot to clean and prepare our room after the first night . Apologies were immediately given to us with an offer of a free cup of coffee ot tea .................... Parking is a long distance from the hotel. Old style TV set.

Good city center location, well worth at the super deal we got, but I would personally look for something else if I was to pay "normal price".
Only for people who like old fashion style hotels. The bed was really hard and didn't have duvet covers.

A cozy retreat with charm
The warm hospitality. The complimentary ginger cake was a good surprise during our afternoon tea.
Unfortunately, the parking situation could have been better signposted. Carrying our luggage from the lot in the rain would have dampened our spirits.

well-maintained and lovely old fashioned place to stay 1 km away from a restored gothic revival church. location right by the most ignorant pub, all the attractions and the centre of killarney. decent size unique rooms with a large bathroom as well as a huge bed.

We stayed for one night after an evening at Killarney races. The hotel while not luxurious is comfortable enough and the staff were very friendly. The bedroom was a decent size as was the en suite bathroom. There is free hotel parking close by but we just used the public car park at the back of the hotel as it is only one euro an hour with no charge for overnight. You can access the rear of the hotel from the public car park. We did not dine in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.
The hotel has a bit of a dated look to it and could maybe do with a few renovations to freshen it up but all in all we were happy with it and would definitely stay there again. The bed was on the firm side but again we did not see that as a problem indeed many people prefer them that way.

Tried it so you don't have to!
Charming decor and a lovely, warm atmosphere with friendly. The convenient location allowed easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops.
Outdated decor in some areas detracted from the experience, while noise from the bar at night disrupted the peace, making it challenging to relax after a long day.

Located in town centre convient to both town and near by national park. Good session of Irish music in hotel bar at night.
Hotel car park a little bit far away from hotel, about 300mts.

My only criticism is that several things on their very good breakfast menu were unavailable at the time of our stay. I opted for the section of Irish cheeses and the man at the next table wanted the salmon, neither of these were available. Not everyone wants or likes a full Irish breakfast!! The menu offers a nice selection and there were freshly baked scones and gingerbread.

The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival we were treated to a complimentary tea/coffee, scones and gingercake. The lobby and sitting area were warm and inviting. It was in a central location to restaurants, music and pubs so once we parked our rental car we could walk everywhere we needed to go. A spacious room and bath.

We have spent 3 days in classic twin room with which was a bonus.
Well, the views were really bad here.
